Sometimes I start a small project and eventually it becomes so huge that I can’t possibly fit it in a single post. This is one of them. It was supposed to be a single statue, but I ended up building an entire environment around it.
The model and sculpt were made in Blender. The texturing – Substance Painter and the final demo – Unreal Engine.




It was such a fun project. I got to not only build a modular environment, but also make some custom post-processing, shaders, vfx and even a little game logic.
The entire project is very optimized and runs on my old android phone that was released ten years ago!
